Puppy Start Program

This is a four week program where your puppy lives with me and gets a good start on training.  Puppies learn the following:

         Crate training—sleeping overnight in the crate and taking daily naps.

         Housetraining—learning to eliminate outside on command.

         Socialization—exposure to a wide variety of experiences including dog play              groups, cats, other animals, children, traffic, car rides and a variety of people.

         Basic manners—cues include watch (getting attention), sit, down, stay, come, off,          leave it and on your mat.

         Walking on leash—loose leash walking.

All training is using positive reinforcement.  Training can be individualized to the family but consideration should be given to the developmental stage of the puppy.

Support after the training period is provided.

Puppies must be on a vaccination program—including bordatella. To reduce stress on your puppy, I will not change feed.  Hence, you will need bring a one month supply with your puppy.

        

Easy Start Puppy Training

A program designed for those people who are short on time.  I will visit your puppy in your home and teach the basics.  Once a week we can meet and teach you what your puppy knows.  Training sessions can often be combined with potty breaks/exercise sessions for your puppy. 

Price will depend on your requirements.

Board and Train

Going on holidays and need a place to leave your dog?  I offer select boarding to clients.  All dogs are boarded in my home with me.  Walks and other treats can be arranged.
